Annual General Meeting 2026


The Society AGM will be on 16 March 26 at 8.15pm at the Royal British Legion, above the East Grinstead Social and Ex-services Club, opposite the fire station. The council car park now charges until 8pm. 

The AGM provides an opportunity to raise matters in a general forum of members and to suggest direction to the committee for the coming year.

Members may propose a resolution to the AGM. This must be submitted to the Secretary at least 7 days before the AGM. The proposed resolution must be seconded by a member. Both the proposer and seconder must attend the AGM to present the resolution.

Officers and committee will be elected for the coming year. New committee members are welcome. Any member wishing to join the committee must have been a Society member for a minimum of two years.
